I can see a cheap knockoff of this technology coming to market for pet entertainment, first there was the pet DVD, next will be virtual games projected on the floor…

A real ball with proximity sensors and an AI geared toward evasion might fit the bill. 😀
Pretty cool though. How about some sort of large scale arcade game for the human animals out there too!
I could see a tennis-style mod of this being interesting….

Too bad my dog isn’t that active in real life, if it were a simulator, she probably wouldn’t even notice it.
