Water-Powered Jet Pack

All I can say is WOW. Not much information seems to be available but it looks like the Water-Powered Jet Pack is tethered with water hoses to a tow-behind water pump. I would assume that the water pump would be a jet pump running on gas which could mean that you could have hours of fun flying around the lake.

"A new design for jet packs uses a system of conduits to push water from an engine below the surface of a lake through thrust nozzles on the pack."

  2. Hi Capdiamont,

Give it a try again, it seems to work fine on my end. It’s a Flash player so you may have to update your player version.

  3. I bet his max altitude is limited not just by the length of the hose, but by the weight of the hose since it’s filled with water – longer hose wouldn’t necessarily mean more altitude.

  4. Cool! I wonder what it would do if he dove underwater with it.

  5. Thats a awesome idea, i bet this is a lot of fun to fly.

I guess that heavy hose also serves as stabilization, since it looks very controllable.

  6. Ha! That’s seriously awesome and looks like a hell of a lot of fun!

  7. It’s all fun and games until he loses control and crashes into a tree.

  8. Is any one making this water jet pack? I’m 74 years old and
can’t wait much longer to fly with this thing.

  9. Come on guys, you know every bit of this is fake.
