  1. Just to let you know, any LED light that dosen’t use any sort of power-transistors or switching circuits can be modified in this way. The harbor-freight lights are just cheap and durable as all heck.

    We have a HF store near me. Methinks I may have to make a visit.

    (Oh, and the reason you can’t use any LED light that uses switching/transistors as each LED has differn’t voltages and if they are using a boost converter or PWM for the lights you’ll blow the LED’s real quick–unless you get lucky, and you find LED’s that are the same voltages. Which I doubt.)
