Popcorn Popper made from a Tin Can

Here is a cool popcorn popper that could be handy next time you are out camping. It is quite small so it may not be of much use if you have a big family but it is sure to be fun for the kids to pop some of their own popcorn in a can that they just used to quench their thirst with. 🙂

  1. Very nice, not a tin can though.
Used to do stuff with soda cans in my boring art class. Anything with even a slight edge and be used to make the cuts, like key or quarter, you just scrape your way through the can as the aluminum is very thin and soft

  2. What about the plastic film lining on the inside of the can??? Most pop, beer, cans are lined with a film to prevent the contents from corroding the can or contaminating the contents!! So the heat probably drives off the plastic into the popcorn?? Yuk!!

  3. This idea is weird!!!It’s simple cause if you just heat up the can you can make popcorn.
