MikeysRC has built an RC Aircraft Simulator that replicates what it would feel like to fly a plane using a stick and pedals. The pilot that is demonstrating the system is following the plane in the sky as he flies it but the plane has a camera that is transmitting the flight video in real time to a monitor.  Guitar tuners are quite common these days. Only problem is that they use displays or LEDs to indicate how the tuning process is going. Sam from J44 Industries made a guitar tuner that a blind person can use for a charity called Remap.
