Wearable Wrist Computer From 1984

I want one. Well….. maybe not 🙂

“Take a gander at the Seiko UC-2100. This is how far we’ve come in 22 years. Compare that monster with the Zypad WL 1000, which has WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and Linux/Windows CE. The Seiko, well, we’re lucky if it tells the time correctly.”

  1. There’s a small mistake.. we can acctualy see that the model in the picture is UC-2100 not UC-2000 😀

  2. np, Alan, great website thanks for doing it..

  3. holy crap, is that a watch? looks more like something for old-computers.com

seriously how are you meant to wear that monstrosity on your wrist and how much does it weigh. and it would probably be next to useless by todays standards
