Hydroflyer

Ok these Hydro Flyers look like too much fun, but at $250 I am not sure how much crazy flying I would do with it.

“It is a boat, a car, an airplane, is not to hydroflyer. If you are a lover of the radius safe control that you are not going to leave running for llevarte one these. You can find online from 250 dollars in EliteHobby, also you can much more find them cheap in eBay although, as they warn in this weblog on hydroflyers, many of these apparatuses can be fakes. But to perhaps avoid this the best thing is to construct it you yourself, if it interests to you you have complete instructions with planes in pdf in the Web of Aeromodelisme RC.”

  1. They are now marketed by Air Hogs. Not $250, only $79 at target or toys-R-Us

  2. Hi punkindrublik,

I hope you are not implying that I am stating that it is my design. I clearly noted where the content came from and have quotes around text that has been quoted. Everything here is above board.

I think this is the link you mean:

  3. There are different types of the hydroflyer. I’m not sure who has the patent on the thing though. The one by Air Hogs that you could get at Toys’r Us, Walmart, Target, and Kaybee Toys has two motors and does not have any servos for turning. The ones on Ebay have 4-channels and are for the advanced flyer. I don’t believe any are rip-offs. The sellers on Ebay do have what they sell. You just have to read the description to be sure exactly what it is you are selling and not just look at the pictures displayed on the website.
