  1. Completely impractical.

    muffler is on the same side as chaindrive and would literally be where your right leg would rest.

    Great bike if you don’t value your right leg.

  5. 1. The muffler is wrapped–it won’t get hot enough to burn your leg.

    2. the gas tank is behind the seat. There is a little cap that you can see in the photos.

    And besides… I’ve seen the frame used as a tank. Like, 1/3 of a gallon max. You don’t want a lot of fuel in these bikes anyway–just a bigger pain when you want to store it, and you have to drain it all out.

    Give me a shovel or a pan over these custom bikes any day. I’d be afraid to ride this around, lest it get stolen or worse–if I have to lay it down. Yeesh.

  13. The articulation of the radius and ulna (lower arm) are incorrect on both sides of the front fork. They cross if the hands turn over and have thumbs inside. Insted of running parallel, the radius crosses over the top of the ulna when the arm moves in this direction.

    Other than that, it looks great.

    FYI, for those wondering if it’s a male or female skeleton, I can’t see a good enough view of the pelvis to tell you, although the frontal bone has some pronounced supraorbital ridges, which is a male trait, but not enough to say it’s one or the other. 🙂

  20. Alexander prefers a Shovel does he? I guess that leads us to the inevitable conclusion that he also prefers to PUSH his bikes to where he wants to go as opposed to RIDING them!
    In Australia we have a saying – “What have a Shovel (Harley) and a Heeler (cattle-dog) got in common? Answer: After an hours’ hard work they both go home in the back of a ute (pick-up).
    As for the fuel tank at the back – are you sure that’s not the oil tank? After all, Evo’s tend to have an oil tank in that spot. I’m just thinking that maybe it utilises frame tanks as well as a slide-in/slide out (probably) carbon-fibre or composite fuel tank that bolts on forward of the seat and inside the rib cage. Painted up to show internal organs, it would look AWESOME.
    Also, for the weirdo’s who were talking sex and gender, by the shape of the pelvis, that skeleton is male !!!

    Not sure if I am comfortable enough with my sexuality to be seen in this rider position.
    I am sure it will appeal to a certain segment of the population.
    Wicked looking bike with some crazy sexual innuendos thrown in.

  40. I have a drawing I did whan I was about 21 that virually IS this bile, all the way down to the way the hands grab the front fork and the eyes as the headlights…. Its like a dream come true…I would give anything to have a photo on it. Awesome work.

  41. It’s not all that imaginative. It’s just a skeleton laid across half a frame. The skeletal theme could’ve been better thought out and more creatively executed. If it had been, the bike wouldn’t turn me off.

    But the fact of it’s very basic and somewhat thoughtless design makes it freakish. Not in an exciting way, either. More like someone just wanted to fantasize about literally “riding” a man through traffic.

    A dead one, at that. Ew.

  57. The artwork is simple, yet eye catching, breath-taking, heart pounding, and makes me wanna ride! I love how the skeleton is placed on the bike – I think a touch of airbrushed skeleton heads on the frame or ghost flames would be cool (if I owned it). If you’re the perfect size for the bike, I wouldn’t worry about burning my right leg. A good builder & artist would never hurt the rider. Would love to have a photo on this bike and definately a ride.

    I had not even considered some of the “faults” listed in these comments looking at it. But, having read them it has inpired some ideas. I want a horse skeleton I can ride on the back of (not hump as ppl mention previously) – chrome with a black tank in the rib cage.

  69. I’ve seen this bike before, a couple of years ago, before deploying to Iraq with the US Army. It gave me a theme for my build. I loved it then, and I love it now. This bike is not only a piece of art, but it embodies bikes and custom bike building. I don’t give a shit where the fuel tank is or what it looks like you’re doing to the damn thing while you’re going down the road, this bike is amazing. Hats off to the builder. Keep it up.
