Make the LEDs flash at a known rate and you’ll be able to calculate the speed and acceleration of the swing

what about to use cells battery?

Oh yeah, a 3V DL2032 batteries can work too, it’s just that the 9V lasts much longer.
The battery seems to be okay as long as you use a clamp with it.
