The prizes this week is for all of the weekend network warriors who want to be able to troubleshoot cable issues in their sleep. This contest will run for one week (May 30 – June 4, 2009) . Ending time is based on central standard time. To enter, identify the item pictured above and give an example of what can be done with it.

  1. It’s the frog levitating device use by French food shops to display a rotating frog.


  3. Wow. Looks different without all the black on it that I’m used to seeing on these things. Of course, they usually aren’t working when I get them.


  4. Oh, and I really could use one of the prizes. I got a big box full of used network cables of various lengths and types. Would be nice to sort them out.
