Here is a better look at the cool LED fabric that was shown last week.
“This video shows the full extent of how far the technology has gone, with different colors, how the fabric reacts to touch (which is surprisingly like a normal fabric) and how LumaLive can be made useful on other things like sofas or in other places around the house. For example, a Lumalive clock on your Sofa would be very useful. After watching the video, you’ll know why this is technology is called LumaLive. Whats next – TV in our clothes?”

Well i find this very funny because earlier this year for an enterprise class at my old school we had to fix a product that didn’t appear to be broken.
This lead us to talk about the number of shoes women or men for that matter buy. This lead me to invission a fabric based on the principals of leds that would change colours. We speculated that we could use the input as well as the out put of the leds-type system to determine the ammount of light to send out of the leds so we wouldn’t get a creapy pair of glowing shoes.
Everyone in that class though i was either brillant or stupid. but either way we can 2 overall in the in class contest based on this idea. I am kinda glad to see tha my idea wasn’t that halve-baked.

correction sorry
last 2 lines should read:
“We came second overall in the class contest for best product.”
The last sentence is good.

Philips has super cool ideas. I’m waiting for the day stores start putting up their 3D televisions in display windows.
Although one possible downside of this one would be that many more bimbos will start complaining about men staring at their chests.

The worst thing about these are that they’ll probably cost a fortune.. the best thing is that noone will ever wear the same tshirt as another.. hopefully one can get the tech to put in your own video/photo.. perhaps even connect sound to them..
