Today our lives are busier than ever, it seems that automatic pet washers are becoming more popular. I bet most of the pets would not be very cooperative going into the machine the second time! I am all about convenience but how long will it be before an animal has a heart attack in one of these things?

Dogs are so trusting and you just shove them into a machine…. How Lazy are these french.. (Yes french is lower case for a reason) From the smell of them and their overall attitude I think they should be the ones stuffed into those automatic washers.. Throw in a razor too, Jeez..

I do like the part when they put the cat in… he he he he..

I don’t think my dog could take that. She does not like having a B.A.T.H. but will put up with it as long as you have physical contact. I think that she thinks you are suffering just as much as she is if you’re getting wet. Getting squirted with a hose is punishment to her. Definitely no Lab in her, unlike my neighbor’s dog who will attempt to eat the water coming out of a hose and thinks it’s a grand lark to be sprayed down.

isn’t that the exact same thing they used for cats a few years back. if you can find the cat video of the cat in that thing it is priceless.

That seems so cruel. Do people not care enough about their pets to spend a bit of time bathing them when they really need it?

We have a place that has a dog wash, but its just a spray hose. I am impressed with this, its a job getting the dog washed after a long walk.

They’r for sure dog OWNERS but not dog LOVERS. 🙁

It is the canine equivalent to water-boarding!

Maybe if they’d wash them selves….

Cruel :/ Maybe it is good idea but when owner gets cleaned too, with dog.
Less stressful for stinky and more fun for other dogs waiting in the queue ;]

Pet-nut in the second video: “I would NEVER do anything to Oliver that I wouldn’t do to myself!”
So, he is willing to have a stranger knock him out and cut his nuts off while he sleeps?

This seems pretty cruel, and lazy.

Interesting that both Martin, and PB had the exact same comment, verbatim.
This is positively horrible. How can anyone do this to an animal in good conscience? I wonder if the creators of this vile device got in and tried it out on themselves.

Where do I get one and how do I find out about franchise information?

As an avid dog lover, I just wanted to say thank you.

Cool article, I am sure my dog who lives with my ex wife would love that; thanks for the article.

The device should have some type of flexible “boot” that allows the dog’s head to project outside of the unit. Perhaps the floor height would be adjustable to allow for varying sized animals. My Golden Retriever would love this thing just as-is, but my small Chihuahua mix would freak-out.
