  This Capacitive Touch LED Table by laura.wagoner.9 uses an arduino to drive a neo pixel strip and uses the capacitive touch library to allow the aluminum trim to become a mode switch. The code is available to you can build your own if you like. She cut a hole in the top of an old table and mounted the electronics under glass. Looks great and the effects are nice.

Digital Display Updates the Look of Old Power Supply

    xrunner had an old Heath power supply. He changed out the original capacitors to some larger Nichicon units. That would be been enough but the addition of some inexpensive digital displays will make this unit look a bit more modern.
